As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and hiring teams to ensure a high-quality and consistent hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a professional and positive experience.
  • Support recruitment marketing through social media and careers platforms.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and content creation.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare recruitment materials such as job advertisements, presentations, and social content.
  • Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and hiring managers to support hiring priorities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
