Staff/Lead Software Engineer – Retail Merchandising and PIM

We are seeking a highly technical, strategic, and domain-expert Lead / Staff Software Engineer to spearhead the engineering, integration, and automation of our core enterprise merchandising platforms. In this role, you will take full ownership of our master data and core merchandising ecosystem, Stibo STEP PIM (Product Information Management) and Oracle Retail Suite (RMS / RMFCS). Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Product Information Management (PIM) role bridges merchandising and data governance. You will design, configure, and maintain integrated platforms to manage enterprise product lifecycles, ensuring seamless data flow across supply chain, inventory, and point-of-sale systems. This is a strictly hands-on role. You will write code, build integrations, configure platforms, and actively architect the system.
