Job Description

• Undergo training in store operations, including production, customer service, and inventory management
• Assist in supervising daily store activities to ensure smooth operations
• Support in achieving sales targets and operational goals
• Monitor staff performance and help ensure excellent customer service standards
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as reports, scheduling, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and food quality standards
• Develop leadership and decision-making skills in preparation for a supervisory/managerial role

📌 Bakers – to be assigned in SM Bacolod

Job Description

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries following company standards
• Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Monitor baking processes and adjust temperatures/timing as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in inventory monitoring and proper storage of ingredients
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets

📌 Cashiers – to be assigned in SM Bacolod

Job Description

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Accurately process cash, card, and other payment transactions
• Issue receipts and ensure correct billing at all times
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashiering area
• Balance cash drawer and prepare reports at the end of each shift
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations
