Director, Website Merchandising - Rejuvenation

As Director, Website Merchandising, you will report to the VP, Ecommerce and lead the website merchandising strategy for , shaping how customers experience the brand, discover products, and move through key shopping journeys. You will own the site merchandising roadmap, category experience strategy, storytelling placement, launch merchandising readiness, site merchandising standards, and ongoing optimization priorities.
