General Operator-Complex (1st shift)

POSITION SUMMARY • We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Complex TOB General Operator to support advanced Top-of-Build (TOB) production and assembly operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform complex mechanical and structural assembly tasks, interpret detailed engineering documentation, and support integration activities to ensure products meet strict quality, safety, and customer specifications. This position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, productivity, and on-time delivery of complex assemblies.
