Continuous Improvement Coordinator - Manufacturing Support

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator supports daily Vertiv Operating System (VOS) activities across two manufacturing sites through hands‑on coordination, auditing, and visual management support. This is a highly floor‑based role, spending the majority of time working directly with production teams to ensure CI processes are followed consistently and documentation stays accurate and up to date. This position is well‑suited for someone with manufacturing floor experience who enjoys structured work, recurring audits, and partnering with employees at all levels. The role supports a small CI team and focuses on consistent execution of established CI processes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
