Manager Enterprise IT Controls

The Manager, Enterprise IT Controls is responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of IT General Controls (ITGCs) across Vertiv’s core technology platforms, ensuring SOX compliance and a strong internal control environment. This role focuses on designing and performing ITGC controls, conducting regular reviews (including access appropriateness, segregation of duties, and change management controls), and serving as the primary point of contact between IT and Internal/External Audit. The Manager will partner closely with Finance, HR, and application teams to ensure control activities are embedded in day-to-day operations, risks are identified early, and remediation is driven to closure.
