Sales Development Program - Solutions Sales

If you are looking for a career in sales, Vertiv’s Sales Development Program (SDP) is designed for you. This program builds future sales professionals within our sales team by providing recent college graduates the opportunity to learn foundational sales skills– acquiring experience, owning key tasks, advancing leadership skills, and gaining exposure to senior leadership. You will spend the first year in inside sales learning the basics of Vertiv’s products, systems, and processes. In the second year you will gain exposure to various selling motions and sales disciplines within the company through rotational assignments – putting you on the fast track to outside sales.
