Sr. Engineering Director Infrastructure Solutions Americas

The Sr Director, Infrastructure Solutions Engineering – Americas sets and executes the regional engineering strategy for Vertiv’s Infrastructure Solutions portfolio, leading multiple engineering managers and disciplines. This role owns post-sales delivery, balancing customer commitments, margin performance, capacity planning, and talent development while serving as the primary regional interface to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management. Key responsibilities include translating global strategy into regional execution, enforcing standards, owning regional cost structures, and providing executive oversight for complex programs. Additionally, the director handles organizational design, succession planning, and performance management. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s/PE preferred), 15+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years managing leaders in global, matrixed environments, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
