About The Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Executive to support tenants and landlords using Client's RNPL solutions. The role ensures smooth onboarding, high satisfaction, and strong adoption while supporting property sourcing through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant and landlord inquiries related to RNPL
  • Support onboarding and troubleshoot issues on the Client's online portal
  • Deliver RNPL tutorials via calls, email, and chat
  • Monitor tenant satisfaction and follow up post-lease to ensure retention
  • Collect feedback and recommend product improvements to reduce support volume
  • Support property sourcing through outbound cold calling for consultants

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in outbound sales, customer success, or support roles
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and CRM tools
