About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Surveyor to join our Facilities Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a high quality, efficient and compliant FM service across the council's property portfolio. The successful candidate will assist with the management of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and contractor performance, helping to ensure our assets are safe, sustainable and fit for purpose.
