About The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor to support residents with enquiries on environment health, planning, rent accounts and other local services. You’ll handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customers receive a helpful, timely service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, customer-focused approach are essential. Training provided.
