About The Role

The Welding Inspector / NDE Level II supports NOV Hydra Rig's welding quality program by ensuring welded components meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and applicable industry codes. This role performs visual weld inspections, Level II Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), documentation and material traceability reviews, welder qualification testing, and supports NDE activities throughout manufacturing. The position also serves as the quality liaison between Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and third-party NDE providers to ensure compliant inspections, accurate documentation, and adherence to AWS, ASME, API, and customer standards.
