About The Role

At Amplifon Poland, we're currently looking for an Applications & Business Intelligence Lead to join our team in Łódź. In this role, you'll be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and Business Intelligence solutions, playing a key role in driving digital transformation, optimizing business processes, and implementing global IT standards and solutions. Your Responsibilities Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business applications supporting the company's operations and retail network. Partner with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. Lead the development and optimization of Business Intelligence, reporting, and data analytics solutions. Oversee system integrations, process standardization, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Provide second-level support for local business applications and coordinate the resolution of critical incidents. Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Coordinate local initiatives and support the implementation of global IT projects and solutions. Manage relationships with external vendors and collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure business continuity and successful project delivery. Your Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Applications, Business Intelligence, or Data & Analytics. Experience delivering IT projects and partnering with business stakeholders in an international environment. Strong knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis. Experience managing and enhancing business applications and CRM/ERP systems, preferably Oracle CRM & ERP. Good understanding of business processes, system integrations, and IT service management principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors. Fluent English (minimum B2).
