Seeking a Manager – Process Excellence to drive transformation across People Operations by redesigning HR processes, improving efficiency, and enabling automation. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing employee and manager experience through digital solutions, with a strong emphasis on Oracle HCM and ServiceNow (HRSD). The role will drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of scalable service delivery solutions across the employee lifecycle.
