Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's quality and cleanliness standards. This role conducts room inspections, assigns daily work, monitors staffing and payroll, maintains inventory and lost and found procedures, and partners with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Housekeeping Supervisor also provides leadership, coaching, and support to the housekeeping team while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
