Server | Full-Time

Title: Server Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) + benefits and perks! Sedgebrook is seeking a friendly, hospitality-focused Server to join our dining team. No formal serving experience is required – we're happy to train the right person. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing warm, attentive service, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our residents. Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming, positive dining experience for residents and guests. Provide gracious, courteous, and attentive table service. Take orders, deliver meals, and respond to resident requests with care. Answer menu-related questions confidently (training provided). Set tables and maintain workstations in an organized, clean manner. Follow food quality, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times. What We're Looking For A friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude. Interest in hospitality, service, and working with older adults. Willingness to learn – serving experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Experience working with seniors is a plus, but not required. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
