Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits
  • Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT products and solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new IT technologies
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience required
  • Candidates with IT sales experience will have an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
