About The Role

Establish and maintain relationships with market makers, authorized participants, exchanges, and other stakeholders to ensure robust ETF liquidity and efficient trading.
Monitor ETF trading volumes, spreads, premiums/discounts, and other relevant data; analyze market liquidity and provide trading guidance.
Participate in the development and listing of new ETF products, offering capital markets expertise, and support client education and marketing initiatives.
Analyze ETF industry trends based on economic, political, regulatory, and capital market developments to support investment decisions.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, or related fields from a top-tier domestic or international university; CFA or equivalent professional designation preferred.
Deep understanding of ETFs and the ETF capital markets ecosystem, with familiarity in related investment tools.
Fluent in both Chinese and English with excellent communication skills; proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively collaborate across departments.
Solid knowledge of ETF trading technologies, tools, and processes.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results efficiently.
Self-motivated and capable of independently driving business outcomes.
