Overview

We are seeking an English-French Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support a Canada logistics account. This position is ideal for candidates with strong phone-based customer service skills who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with heavy call volume. The role involves providing professional support for logistics-related inquiries, efficiently handling customer issues, and maintaining accurate documentation in internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support in both English and French for a Canada logistics account.
  • Handle a high volume of phone-based customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with logistics-related inquiries, service issues, shipment follow-up, and general support requests.
  • Accurately and completely record customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Follow established workflows, service standards, and escalation procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when necessary.
  • Maintain service quality and efficiency in a high-pressure, high-call-volume environment.

Working Schedule

  • Service window aligned with US Mountain Time (MT), from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Three shifts are arranged within this service window.
  • 8 working hours per day.
  • 6 working days per week (Monday to Saturday).
  • For candidates based in Egypt, working hours will generally fall within the afternoon to late night/early morning local time.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working this schedule.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Previous phone support/call handling experience is required.
  • Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, high-call-volume environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow structured service processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
  • Experience supporting international customers is a plus.
  • Previous experience in call center, customer support, or service operations is preferred.
