HR Supervisor
Role Overview
The HR Supervisor will play a key role in expanding the Jakarta team as well as supporting the company's rapidly growing TikTok e-commerce operations in Indonesia. You’ll be at the heart of building and shaping a high-performing team, working closely with leadership to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Lead end-to-end HR functions, from hiring to employee management
- ● Drive recruitment strategy & execution for key roles such as Live Streaming Manager, KOL Supervisor, Content Operations Lead, TikTok Manager, and other e-commerce roles
- ● Oversee full-cycle HR operations: talent acquisition, payroll, performance management & employee relations
- ● Develop and implement HR policies & processes aligned with local regulations and company culture
- ● Support Jakarta office expansion, including team structuring and workforce planning
- ● Partner with leadership on organizational development & scaling strategy
Requirements
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience, covering recruitment, compensation, and HR operations.
- Strong experience hiring within the e-commerce sector (e.g., TikTok, Shopee).
- Proven track record of hiring for roles such as Live Stream Leads, KOL Managers, and Content Operations.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading HR or administrative teams.
- Background as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or agency recruiter.
