Electrical Instructor/Developer

As an Electrical Instructor , you’ll deliver high-impact training to clients in heavy manufacturing and industrial environments. This is a hands-on teaching role with extensive travel—perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys making a real difference in workforce capability. What You’ll Do: Teach engaging electrical courses to industrial clients nationwide. Develop custom electrical courseware to meet client-specific needs. Complete and submit course documentation accurately and on time. Arrange and manage travel for on-site training assignments (all expenses paid). What Makes You a Great Fit: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong teaching ability and industrial electrical experience in: Basic Electricity & Electrical Safety Arc Flash/NFPA 70E Motors (DC, Three Phase, Single Phase) Motor Controls & Transformers PLCs (RSLogix preferred) Variable Frequency Drives Conduit Bending, Wiring, Electronics Instrumentation/Process Controls National Electrical Code Former Navy Nukes highly preferred—technical excellence and adaptability are key.
