Director, Core Infrastructure Engineering

The OCI Load Balancer Data Plane team owns the Tier 0 dataplane service that handles customer load-balanced traffic across OCI, making reliability, latency, capacity, and fleet health central to the role. This leader will own the team responsible for the core LB DP platform and its long-term technical direction, ensuring the service continues to scale with OCI growth while maintaining the operational standards expected of customer-critical networking infrastructure.
