Director, Software Engineering - Crypto

Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks, and distributed cloud services. As the Director of a Software Engineering division, you will lead and manage a high-performing engineering organization responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and operating mission-critical cloud security services. This role supports the OCI Crypto organization, which owns multiple Tier 0 services that are foundational to OCI's security posture and feature offerings, including Key Management Service (KMS), Secrets (SSv2 and SiV), Certificates (PKI and Certificates), and the Key Encryption Service (KES). The Crypto organization secures the foundations of OCI by delivering trusted key management, certificate management, secrets management, and hardware-backed encryption services that are resilient, scalable, secure, and simple for OCI services and customers to rely on.
