Junior Facultative Reinsurance Intern

WTW is growing its Facultative Reinsurance capabilities in Italy and is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Facultative team in Milan. This internship represents a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the reinsurance industry, working alongside experienced brokers and supporting the delivery of facultative reinsurance solutions for a broad range of clients. The successful candidate will contribute to the preparation of reinsurance placements, risk analysis activities, market research and administrative support, while developing technical and commercial knowledge through on-the-job learning and structured training.
