Assistant General Counsel (Regulatory)

We are seeking an insurance regulatory lawyer to join our North American legal team. The candidate will provide insurance regulatory and transactional advice to several business units across the company. The role reports directly to the Deputy General Counsel (Regulatory) – North America. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional internal business teams and external parties to handle a wide variety of insurance regulatory and transactional matters and provide ad hoc advice and counsel in a solutions-oriented, commercial-friendly way.
