Lead Operator - Packaging

The Lead Operator is responsible for interacting with various levels of associates within the organization, across all shifts, and providing administrative support to the Packaging function. The Lead Operator will observe and communicate with shift Supervisor any out of the ordinary situation, ensuring issues are resolved.
