Convention Services Manager, Banquets (Caesars New Orleans)

The Banquets / Convention Services Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Banquet Department, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of all banquet events and functions. This role develops and leads a high-performing team, achieves financial and operational objectives, maintains service excellence, and ensures all event spaces and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. The Manager partners closely with Sales, Hotel, Culinary, Food & Beverage, and other operational departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining labor, cost, and quality standards.
