EVS Heavy Duty Cleaner - Floor Tech

The Heavy Duty Cleaner / Floor Tech maintains the cleanliness of the property by completing special projects, and caring for casino carpets, linoleum and marble. Shift: 4am - 12:30pm

Strips and waxes floors to include baseboards. Shampoos and spot cleans carpeted areas. Uses extractor equipment, floor scrubbers, and shampoo machines, polishing machines, special vacuum cleaners and scrubbers. Moves office equipment and items as directed. Cleans interior and exterior windows. Cleans signage, light fixtures, vents, decorative greenery, railings, artwork and elevators. Operates lifts and adheres to all safety standards. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural ques. Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance. Must be able to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends as needed. Must be able to work a reasonable amount of overtime when required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required experience as a cleaner or equivalent. Must be a least 21 years of age. Preferred previous janitorial experience. Preferred knowledge of HAZZ, COMM and BBP. Must possess strong people skills and problem-solving ability. Must have a strong understanding and working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, cleaning techniques, and cleaning equipment. $20.60 Per Hour Bi-Weekly Pay Dates Paid Time Off, 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance - Holiday Pay
