Showroom Captain - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)

Coordinates guest seating in theater and other entertainment venues. May perform other duties as assigned. Promotes positive customer relations by providing Family Style Service at all times. $22.55 Per Hour

Provides excellent customer service to patrons entering the Showroom.

High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience as a food server. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to physically navigate a 2000 seat theatre. Required to perform the customer service standards of the department. Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
