About The Role

We are looking for a CRM Administration Specialist to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users across the organization and is responsible for resolving support requests, maintaining system configurations, managing user access, and ensuring the platform remains reliable, secure, and user-friendly.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, helping end users, and working hands-on within Salesforce while continuing to develop their technical and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Salesforce User Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support requests and user inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior Salesforce administrators, developers, or architects when appropriate.

Salesforce Administration

  • Create, update, deactivate, and maintain Salesforce user accounts and permissions.
  • Manage profiles, permission sets, public groups, queues, and role hierarchies.
  • Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, page layouts, custom fields, and objects.
  • Support ongoing system configuration and platform enhancements.

Automation & System Maintenance

  • Assist with maintaining validation rules, approval processes, flows, and declarative automation.
  • Monitor platform performance, system health, and user adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, usability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support testing activities for new Salesforce releases, features, and enhancements.

Release & Change Management

  • Support Salesforce release management activities and deployment validation.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
  • Help ensure successful implementation of system updates and configuration changes.
  • Promote Salesforce best practices across the organization.
  • 1–5 years of experience administering Salesforce.
  • Experience serving as a point of contact for CRM users and support requests .
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201).
  • Familiarity with: Salesforce Lightning Experience, Reports & Dashboards, User Management, Security & Permissions, Data Management, Flows & Automation, etc. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce Data Loader , CRM systems. 
  • Experience with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scrum methodology preferred.
