We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer to own and improve our Docusaurus based developer documentation for products built primarily with JavaScript / TypeScript.

You will work closely with engineers and product teams to create clear, accurate, and structured documentation that helps developers understand how our platform works and how to integrate with it.

This role requires someone who not only writes well but also understands the domain. Experience in fintech or game development is highly valued, as the role involves working with domain-specific concepts and terminology.

You will also help improve and expand our documentation portal, making it a reliable source of knowledge for both internal teams and external developers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Documentation Creation and Ownership

• Create and maintain developer documentation, including guides, API references, architecture overviews, and integration tutorials
• Work closely with engineers and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date as the platform evolves

Documentation Platform and Knowledge Systems

• Own and improve the documentation portal, including structure, navigation, discoverability, and search
• Manage documentation workflows, localization processes, and content organization
• Establish documentation standards and improve consistency across teams

AI-Powered Documentation Experience

• Improve AI-assisted documentation experiences, including knowledge sources, content structure, and AI answer quality
• Help ensure documentation is optimized for both human readers and AI-assisted discovery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience creating developer-facing technical documentation
• Strong experience with Markdown/MDX and documentation-as-code workflows
• Excellent written English and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and software development processes
• Experience with AI-assisted writing and development tools

Important: Familiarity with fintech, gaming, or other technically complex product domains

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with documentation platforms such as Docusaurus, GitBook, MkDocs, Notion, or Confluence
• Understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Experience structuring and maintaining large documentation systems
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows, frontend technologies, or documentation site customization
• Experience with testing, localization, or documentation quality processes
