We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and build production-grade multi-agent systems that solve real business problems.

This role is focused on engineering reliable AI systems rather than training models. You will work across agent orchestration, tool integration, workflow automation, and platform APIs to build solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for users.

Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, ownership, and the ability to translate complex problems into robust AI-driven architectures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement production-grade multi-agent systems, including orchestration, routing, memory, tool execution, and fallback strategies
• Build multimodal AI workflows and integrate multiple model providers
• Develop custom tools, MCP servers, and integrations with internal platform APIs
• Analyze existing APIs and codebases to extend platform capabilities where required
• Implement testing, evaluation, observability, and reliability practices for AI systems
• Investigate and improve agent behavior, performance, and system robustness

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Python backend development experience, including asynchronous services and API integrations
• Commercial experience building production multi-agent LLM systems
• Experience with modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or PydanticAI
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, routing, memory, and autonomous workflows
• Experience building multimodal AI applications and integrating multiple model providers
• Experience with vector databases, caching layers, and AI application infrastructure
• Experience implementing testing, debugging, observability, and evaluation practices for AI systems
• Familiarity with the gaming industry, analytics, payments, or similar transaction-heavy domains

Important: Commercial experience is required; personal projects alone are not sufficient.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ML background or practical machine learning experience
• Experience building evaluation, benchmarking, or observability systems for AI applications
• Experience working with large and complex API ecosystems
