Head of L&H Data Foundation

SCOR is seeking a senior Head of Life & Health (L&H) Data Foundation to lead the design and delivery of a robust, trusted, and business-aligned data foundation for the Life & Health domain.

The role’s core mission is to ensure that Life & Health data is reliably sourced, clearly structured, and consistently represented in Analytical Data Models (ADMs) that reflect the reality of the business. A key objective is to ensure that data not only flows correctly, but that it can be confidently used to measure and manage business performance.

You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology to ensure that data remains coherent across its full lifecycle, enabling reliable analytics, consistent KPIs, and scalable AI use cases. While the role is open to strong data leaders from various industries, candidates with prior experience in Life & Health insurance or reinsurance, and an understanding of related KPIs and financial metrics, will be particularly well positioned to succeed
