Within our Tech, Data & AI organization, we are looking for a Head of Engineering & Product Delivery – Claims P&C to lead a core engineering domain with product delivery accountability. This role is for someone with strong software engineering leadership, architecture, delivery and business partnering experience who can set technical direction, lead teams at scale, and work with product and business leaders to ensure that claims platforms, workflows, data flows, integrations and services deliver coherent, valuable outcomes. The role will also include a local leadership component in our Bucharest office, overseeing and supporting the build-up of teams across the CTO P&C organization.
