Large Program Process and Data Senior Analyst

Join our program team to drive process improvement and manage Power BI analytics to support delivery and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Process Improvement: Lead CI initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma), optimize workflows, and maintain SOPs. Facilitate stakeholder sessions to enhance program effectiveness.

Power BI & Data: Own the end-to-end Power BI lifecycle—modeling, visualization, and automation. Ensure data integrity, manage workspace performance, and train team members. Advanced Excel skills required.

Program Support: Support PMO governance and provide data-backed insights to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in PMO or Project Management roles.
• Proven Power BI development and administration experience.
• Strong analytical, CI methodology, and stakeholder skills.
• Degree in Business, IS, or Supply Chain.
• Preferred: PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
