Fleet Maintenance Mechanic

Primary Purpose Focuses on maintaining and repairing vehicles within a fleet. Their primary purpose is to ensure the operational readiness, safety and reliability of the fleet by conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs. This is a 2nd shift position, scheduled 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work as scheduled. Major Duties & Responsibilities Performs basic inspections and preventative maintenance. Moves equipment as needed. Performs basic repairs and intermediate maintenance under supervision. Shop clean-up and organization. Utilizes the Fleet Maintenance software system program. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 0 - 3 years’ relevant work experience. Basic computer competency.
