The USF PsyD program is a rigorous program that trains students to translate thought into action through practice-oriented training emphasizing the mental, emotional, and physical health needs of underserved communities. Candidates will join a diverse faculty of excellent educators in the School of Nursing and Health Professions, which includes nursing, public health, informatics, and clinical psychology.

Job Responsibilities
The faculty member will assume responsibility and accountability for
- Facilitating student learning
- Evaluating student performance; providing frequent student feedback to enable success; meeting with students; assigning grades
- Attending departmental meetings
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in psychology or a related discipline
- Experience in classroom teaching and teaching methods are preferred but not required.
- An active psychologist license in CA is required to be considered for teaching a Practicum course but is not required for all other courses
