- How did it all start?
- Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
- bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
- in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
- country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
- Tunaiku.

Job Description
- Finding new customer prospects and maintaining existing customers, ensuring that they are informed about the bank's services/products.
- Conducting visits, building relationships, and communicating with customers to increase loyalty and foster mutually beneficial relationships by offering bank products and services that match the customer's needs.
- Proactively pursuing self-development to meet competency requirements relevant to the job.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues, as well as providing excellent service to customers.
- Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience in fundraising within the banking industry.
- Proven experience in building customer loyalty.
- Possesses and can develop a personal customer network.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
