Essential Functions and Primary Duties Prepare and maintain third-party administered retirement plan documents, including amendments and restatements, for a high-volume client portfolio. Provide support in responding to plan document-related questions and issues. Assist with the design, customization, and modification of retirement plan documents. Support retirement plan compliance activities, including IRS submissions, plan amendments, restatements, and terminations. Assist with researching and resolving technical questions and issues related to ERISA and plan document provisions. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal business partners and teams, including Document Team colleagues and Client Service Managers. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to plan document activities. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3-5 years' of experience in TPA Plan Document Support preferred Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation, or designation in progress is a plus Proficiency with FT Williams (FTW) Foundational knowledge of retirement plan regulations, plan document provisions, and defined benefit and defined contribution plans

Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least three years of professional, retirement plan technical and compliance experience Possesses comprehensive knowledge of industry and professional concepts, principles, practices and procedures Possesses comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations and professional standards Proficient use of applicable technology Proficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype) Experience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skills Pursuing Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation Ability to anticipate and elicit customer needs Ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly Motivated team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability to travel as necessary
