Production Team Member Temp

The Production Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment and supporting manufacturing processes to produce quality steel products that meet customer specifications. This role contributes to a safe, efficient, and organized work environment while supporting production, quality, and continuous improvement. This position begins as a probationary assignment and may be converted to a full-time, benefits-eligible position upon successful completion of the probationary period, which may occur after 90 days or longer, based on performance and business needs.
