Duroflex has established a solid supply chain over the years and is now looking to expand its eCommerce operations and implement superior and cost-effective technologies. Who can apply for? Anyone with 1-3 years experience in maintaining relationships with the clients and managing a team of subordinates. A B/s or M/s degree in marketing or a related field is required. What would you be handling? Responsible for the maintenance of the relationship with the clients and developing new strategies for the same. Reporting will be to the Assistant Manager. Guiding the team members to a specific goal aligning with the goal of the organization Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs Conduct market research to follow trends and competition What will make you successful? Solid background in customer acquisition strategies Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude Should be a Team player who can integrate with the colleagues Be able to study the market trends Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
