Group Company: #*Duroflex Ltd*# Designation: #*Project Manager*# Office Location: #*PAN India*# Primary Responsibilities: ✅ Manage end-to-end retail store fit-out and project execution activities. ✅Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, and other construction-related works to ensure timely project completion. ✅Review and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. ✅Liaise effectively with mall management, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. ✅Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, understand brand requirements, and monitor execution progress. ✅ Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and vendor performance. ✅ Prepare project reports, presentations, and trackers using MS Excel and PowerPoint. ✅ Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and company standards. Additional Responsibilities: ✔️ Strong understanding of retail store construction and fit-out projects ✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint ✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ✔️ Willingness to travel across locations.
