HR Business Partner Experience: 2–5 Years Role Type: Individual Contributor What You'll Be Responsible For Partnering with business leaders to drive talent, performance, engagement, and workforce effectiveness. Supporting organizational changes, employee relations, and people interventions. Using data and insights to identify people challenges and recommend solutions. Driving key HR processes including goal setting, performance reviews, talent discussions, and employee engagement initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. What You'll Bring 2–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Senior Analyst – Manufacturing HR Excellence Experience: 2–5 Years Role Type: Individual Contributor What You'll Be Responsible For Driving HR process excellence across manufacturing operations. Building systems and frameworks that improve workforce productivity and efficiency. Tracking and analyzing manpower, absenteeism, overtime, productivity, and workforce trends. Supporting statutory compliance, audits, and governance requirements. Creating dashboards and insights that enable data-driven decision making. What You'll Bring Experience in manufacturing HR, workforce analytics, or HR process excellence. Strong analytical capability and comfort working with large datasets. Understanding of manufacturing workforce dynamics and compliance requirements. Experience creating processes, dashboards, or operational improvement initiatives. Ability to translate data into business actions. Lead – HR Operations & Total Rewards Experience: 7–15 Years Team Size: 4 What You'll Be Responsible For Leading HR Operations, Total Rewards, payroll governance, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes. Designing and managing compensation, benefits, reward, and recognition frameworks. Driving process standardization, automation, and operational excellence across HR. Ensuring compliance, controls, governance, and audit readiness. Building scalable processes that support business growth and enhance employee experience. Leading and developing a high-performing HR Operations team. What You'll Bring Strong experience across HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Governance. Proven ability to build scalable and efficient HR operating models. Expertise in compensation design, benefits management, payroll oversight, and HR systems. Experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders. Strong commercial and analytical understanding of rewards and workforce costs. Payroll Specialist – Off-Roll Workforce Management Experience: 3–10 Years Role Type: Individual Contributor What You'll Be Responsible For Managing payroll administration and employee data for the off-roll workforce. Coordinating with staffing partners and internal stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy. Maintaining employee master data and workforce records. Supporting statutory compliance, reconciliations, audits, and reporting requirements. Improving payroll processes, controls, and data quality. What You'll Bring Experience managing payroll operations and employee data administration. Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Knowledge of payroll compliance and vendor management. Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities. Experience managing large contract or contingent workforce populations is preferred. Senior Analyst – People Analytics & HR Transformation Experience: 2–5 Years Role Type: Individual Contributor What You'll Be Responsible For Building and maintaining HR dashboards, analytics, and leadership reports. Driving process improvement and HR transformation initiatives. Identifying workforce trends and generating actionable insights. Supporting strategic HR projects through data analysis and automation. Improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision-making capability across HR. What You'll Bring Experience in HR analytics, workforce reporting, or people data management. Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights. Experience with automation, dashboard creation, and process improvement. Curiosity, business acumen, and strong analytical thinking. Lead– Talent Acquisition & Campus Hiring Experience: 7–15 Years Team Size: 4 What You'll Be Responsible For Leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition across all business verticals. Building hiring strategies that improve quality, speed, and hiring manager experience. Developing and scaling campus hiring programs and university partnerships across India. Driving employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives. Partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and critical talent requirements. Building recruitment capability, processes, and metrics that support business growth. What You'll Bring Strong experience leading Talent Acquisition teams and large-scale hiring programs. Proven track record of building effective sourcing and assessment strategies. Experience designing and executing campus hiring initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and workforce planning capabilities. Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
