Primary Role Description  Conduct training modules for Niva Bupa Associates  Conducting training programs  Conducting GID’s and IID’s  Conducting PRP and FODs as and when required Look after training logistics  Schedule training sessions  Ensure wider participation of Associates in programs Monitor progress of Associates on a continuous basis  Seek regular feedback from Associates and Supervisors  Ensure that Associates follow moral and ethical standards when dealing with clients  Monitor Associate development Update training material Review present training material  Scan environment  Incorporate feedback from Associates, Customers, and supervisors Ensure that the Associates get updated and continuous information on NBHI products Facilitate self-development of Associates KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED  Result Orientation  Working With & Through Others  Innovation  Customer Centricity  Technical Expertise  Business Acumen  Impact Influence  Communication  Role Modelling Core Values  Strategic Planning& Execution a. Should be self-motivated, self-starter Key Roles & Responsibilities for Quality Analyst  Monitor and analyze business transactions to help establish the right behaviors and processes needed by the organization and will drive the Focus Group in the right direction by showing improvement in Calls Quality and Sales  Monitoring calls and all types of business transactions with end users.  Adhering to the periodic quality monitoring targets set for each sampling type assigned.  Timely, accurate and effective feedback and mentoring to agents based on the transactions monitored.
