Quality Analyst

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Study and analyze the knowledge & process gap. 2. Ability to share the feedback. 3. Listening to the calls & ensure that the feedback given was applied and Corrective measures were taken. 4. Maintain and share regular reports with the Stakeholders & Training team. 5. Measure the scores and take corrective actions accordingly. 6. Publishing weekly\monthly accuracy reports of the samples monitored. 7. Identifying Gaps and redefining the processes and sub processes for reducing cycle time and delay. Key Requirements – Education & Certificates Graduate & Post Graduate qualification, MBA preferred Key Requirements - Experience & Skills − Have at least 2 years’ in Insurance/Sales preferably managing Banks/ Partners
