Key Roles & Responsibilities: To Manage the Advisors PAN India virtually from central office. To provide Consistent & Superior Digital Experience to our advisors. Reach out to existing and new advisors to present our products , Monthly contest , Shortfall & Service Offerings. Address all questions or issues advisors may have Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need if any Offer Solutions based on advisors need & Capabilities Always strive towards meeting sales targets Proper hand holding of assigned advisors for Product , Process , System , Applications training & Learnings. Adherence to set processes of updating customer interactions in CRM next. Providing world class Advisor and customer experience. Needs to have a clear understanding of the internal and regulatory policies. Key Requirements – Education & Certificates · Any Graduate Key Requirements - Experience & Skills · Good Communication Skills. · 1-2 Years of experience in Insurance industry and preferences in Agency channel.
