Designation: Senior Executive Office Location: Roha Key Responsibilities: Experience - 3-5 Years Qualification - BE/B.Tech - Chemical Location - Roha, Raigad Job description for Shift Executive. • Handling of shift wise plant process, operation as per SOP. • Use of proper PPEs while material handling. Handling of suitable fire extinguishers in emergency. • Follow up for maintenance Jobs, Raw material & Finished goods. • Guide shift operators / during shift plant operation. • Maintaining of Health, Safety & Environment Norms. • Maintain the standard Norms safe operating parameters as defined in SOPs. • Handling & Planning of shift manpower and proper utilization. • Monitoring of batch time cycle as per standard. • Handling of Acid &Alkali, Solvents. Class –A & Class –B chemicals. • Maintaining of housekeeping as per 5 S slandered. • Achieve Shift wise production as per the planning/Targets. • Smart & Hard work skill, Troubleshooter, Problem solving ability with teamwork. • Awareness of process parameters and safety interlocks. • Execution & supervisor for Drumming, packing’s, Bagging activities. • Supervision of Loading/Unloading of tankers. • Supervision of Loading of ISO container. • Knowledge of Unit operation. • Knowledge of Basic chemistry Qualification & Experience preferred Education: Degree: BE / <B.Tech> - Chemical Experience: Industry: Chemical, Role: Shift In-charge, Years of experience: 2-5 Years Position Reports to: Plant In-charge
