Senior Recruitment Consultant (Bilingual)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our Bangkok branch. This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about recruitment, business development, and building high-performing teams.

You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, strengthening client partnerships, and shaping the future success of the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, HR, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years experience in a permanent recruitment firm
• At least 3 years of people management or leadership experience
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Results-driven, proactive, and strong leadership mindset
