First Cook - Caribe Hilton

The iconic Caribe Hilton is looking for their next First Cook to join their Culinary team. Located on a beautiful peninsula in San Juan, Puerto Rico, it is a vibrant destination beach-front resort! Sitting on 17 acres of tropical landscape, the resort is just a short distance from Old San Juan, the vibrant Condado district and the Puerto Rico Convention Center. Featuring a picturesque ocean-side boardwalk, 652 guest rooms and 65,000 square feet of meeting space.

As a First Cook, you’re not just preparing great tasting food items – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Ideal Candidate will have at least 3 years of Cook experience and a Culinary degree. Hotel Industry experience and an up-to-date Food Safety Certification preferred. Ideal Candidate will be able to communicate in English and Spanish and understand the languages.
